Our Amazing Produce
Mayo Brothers Butchers situated in Chesham Bois, between Amersham and Chesham, specialise in prime, grass-fed Scotch Beef. We dry-age the beef to achieve a greater depth of flavour and the beef is wonderfully tender. We (Rob and Jen) have been to visit the farmers in Scotland that produce our beef to ensure the highest quality is maintained.
We also stock a wide selection of 'kitchen ready' meals for you to take home and re-heat for an easy dinner. All our meals have been prepared by us, using the freshest vegetables and of course, our meat. They have been slow-cooked in our oven to allow the beautiful tender meat to be put into the products. We have a selection from minted lamb shanks, pies, Bombay lamb curry to name a few.

Our Deli Counter
Our Deli section offers a wide range of freshly made by us sandwiches, pies, pasties, quiches, sausage rolls , a hot counter that is stocked fresh every day, sweet treats as well as hot and cold drinks with so much more.
We prepare everything daily in house to ensure the incredible taste with quality products.

Our History
Rob and Jenni Sawyer have been the owners of Mayo Brothers butchers in Chesham Bois since the summer of 2008.
Rob joined Mayo Brothers at the age of 14 as a Saturday boy and started full time at the age of 17.
Alongside Rob in the shop now, are Dan, James, and Rob who together bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team - along with the sense of humour that they provide for the customers.

Rob’s boss and mentor for over 20 years was Roger Pusey who taught him his craft and the importance of supplying a high-quality product to our customers. These traditions we still follow today, where Mayo Brothers still serve the Amersham area, becoming one of best and award-winning Butcher's Shop around. We are a proud member of the Amersham local merchant community and love every opportunity to interact with our customers as we provide them with the freshest and most delicious ingredients. We have a wide selection of quality products that we’re sure you’ll just love.
